ON THE LOOP is what you call a cardio workout.

A 12 stations HIIT circuit, with body weight exercises, but not only, that will work each one of your muscles, but specially your heart!

A great option for who wants to improve their cardiovascular fitness, while increasing their metabolic rate, generating fat loss and definition

If you want to learn how to lift and increase your strength, you can't miss THE BIG ONES. Here you will find the main lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press.  Plus all the exercises that serve as accessories for you to get stronger and develop balanced muscle mass all over your body

PLAYERS will take you to your cardio zone in a workout that trains your agility and improves your motor skills. Wednesday's circuit training is probably the most fun of the week and will get you to discover abilities that you never thought to have. It's a calorie burner with an extra spin.

THE GRINDER isn't a workout only,  it's a party! Thursday's circuit is composed of functional, multi-joint exercises, where the combination of lower/upper body stimulate your muscles in different ways.

This type of training promotes constant improvement of performance and fitness level.

PUSH & PUMP is the classic Strength and Conditioning, but with a lot of creative and fun exercises that makes it one of the favorites at MUOVITI. Impossible to leave the studio without that great feeling of "mission accomplished". It will recharge you and get your ready for the weekend!

PUSH&PUMP (Friday)

TARGET is the opportunity you get to challenge yourself and see what you are made of. Saturday is the day of the WODs and it means: AMRAP, EMOM, , LADDER, TABATA.  A Crossfit style type of training that will show you how much you can really push.
